The loan must be paid off in full within 14 days, or two weeks, of your application’s signed approval. Payments are automatically debited from your bank account according to your loan agreement.

We strive to make repayment as easy as possible by directly withdrawing payments from your bank account. If a payment is returned to your bank for any reason, you will be charged a non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee. The fee depends on the province where you live. If you missed a payment, or you anticipate having inadequate funds in your account to make your payment on time, please reach out to a member of our customer service team. We would be happy to work with you on a repayment schedule. Contact support@fundloans.ca.

There’s a few reasons that you’ve been charged an NSF fee, which can include a stop payment; not enough funds in your account when we tried to debit your account for the reimbursement of your loan or your account may be frozen. Contact us at support@fundloans.ca.
